Easy Pumpkin Smoothies

Happy Monday, friends! The weather is finally showing signs of fall and we spent the weekend working on multiple home projects. Sean has worked so hard to begin bringing my vision for this house to life and I’m so thankful. Over the past two weeks, he’s shiplapped our dining room, kitchen and the boys room. Yesterday, he spent the entire day outside putting some of the final touches on our fence. I had my heart set on a white farmhouse X style fence and he absolutely nailed it. I’m loving the milder temps and being able to have the windows wide open while he’s outside working. Now, I just need to settle on a paint color for the shiplap. Can’t wait to show you everything soon!

We are enjoying all things pumpkin over here and I wanted to share an easy smoothie recipe with y’all. I’ve whipped this up multiple times in the last few weeks and it’s been delicious every time.

Ingredients:

-2 bananas

-8oz pumpkin puree ( I just eyeball about 1/2 can)

-1 cup milk

-1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice

-Splash of vanilla extract

-4 tablespoons honey (adjust based on preferred sweetness)

-3 cups ice

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
